The Diamond Building
Specialist Engineering for Sheffield
Named after its distinctive anodised aluminum glass facade, the Diamond Building is a £81 million Undergraduate Engineering Facility with The University of Sheffield.
Being the largest capital investment for the higher education facility, the Diamond Building homes specialist engineering laboratories, lecture theatres, key flexible teaching spaces, workshops, a learning resource center and formal & informal study areas. The interior features a central atrium which allows for a view of multiple disciplinary areas which the building encourages. RIBA stages A-E were completed by Twelve Architects.
