For the third time in a row, infamous UK architects Stiff + Trevillion have been shortlisted under the Recycled/Refurbished Workplace Category for the BCO Regional Awards 2020.

Devon House sits in a location that boasts a rich history within the East End of London. Forming part of the commercial docks making up the Port of London from 1828 - 1968. Now in 2020, St Katherine Docks (SKD) is now in the redevelopment zone known as the popular Docklands as a mixed-use development.

Featuring a co-working hub in the ground floor, Devon House accommodates for flexible and adaptable workspaces, a key trend in well-being designs. On the ground floor a Hybrid revolving door (Tourniket) is the main entrance. A door that combines features of an all glass design (Crystal Tourniket) with the boldness of a Tourniket. To protect the upper floors, two banks of Lifeline Speedlane Swings in black RAL are placed on the east and west side of the ground floor.
