With all of the benefits of our Bronze agreement, our Silver cover also includes the labour requirements. It could be for a call-out or a service visit. Whatever the problem we will provide the labour free of charge. Parts are the exception on the agreement, primarily designed for those customers who want more of an involvement, without having to worry about raising an order for every call-out.
