Our Premium level of agreement is for all entrance equipment and designed to cover all eventualities. Its prime purpose is to provide a rapid response to any issues or breakdowns. This agreement guarantees an onsite attendance within 8 working hours. You will also benefit from being able to arrange work to be done outside of normal working hours, at no extra charge. This could be early mornings, weekends or evenings, thus avoiding disruption to your entrances during busy times.

Platinum agreements include:

• Single Point of contact
• 24-Hour service line
• Guaranteed response times
• All call outs included
• Scheduled service visits (as per manufacturers recommendations)
• British standard safety checks (Where applicable)
• Reduced labour rates (where applicable)
• All parts included
• Return visits included
• Outside normal hours (working)

NOTE: Platinum maintenance agreements exclude any call-outs or works resulting from misuse, damage, worn horsehair or rubber matting.
